ومن كان وقته قصير كان درجات الحرارة عالية جدا
يعني فيه توازن طبيعي مع قدرة تحمل الجسم
والصيام هو مرضاة للرب وقوة للبدن بعد تنظيفه من كل السموم والاوجاع
